Event: Advanced IED Training
CLIENT: Utah County Sherriff's Office
SCOPE OF WORK: Utah County Sheriff's Office bomb technicians received training on the comprehensive capabilities of the Logos Imaging System with advanced radiography interpretation and Precision Targeting and Disruption Methodologies of Improvised Explosive Devices. We also provided an Advanced Electronics Training Course - this course was instrumental in assisting the bomb squad with a subsequent "real world" incident where a subject had placed various electronic circuits/systems within a building which was being searched. The bomb squad used wire diagnostic methods taught in the course to characterize the circuits/systems that were within a part of the building which was inaccessible by robot.

CLIENT: Portland Bomb Squad
SCOPE OF WORK: Our team provided training on Precision Targeting and Disruption Methodologies for Portland bomb technicians with realistic monitored and functioning training devices for advanced interrogation, RSP and mitigation when faced with a WMD. Portland bomb technicians were later given an opportunity to conduct an assessment of an unknown Radioactive Dispersal Device built by instructors to incorporate an extremely "hot" radioactive Iridium-192 source. This unique training opportunity to assess a "real world" RDD threat was coordinated with an industrial radiography company, which supplied the Iridium-192 source and shielded radiation vault in which the training was conducted. Bomb squad personnel used the opportunity to take x-rays of the RDD with various Iridium-192 exposure times in order to contrast and compare images taken with the Logos Digital Imaging System. The ultimate conclusion drawn from the training was that bomb technicians could use radiation detection meters to determine safe downrange times and whether it would be possible to use conventional x-ray equipment to capture images before film panels would be overexposed by radiation sources contained in an RDD.

SCOPE OF WORK: O'Gara provided training on Precision Targeting and Disruption Methodologies for bomb technicians in St. Louis and Kansas City with realistic monitored and functioning training devices for advanced interrogation, RSP and mitigation when faced with a potential WMD.

SCOPE OF WORK: Our professionals delivered instruction to Oklahoma bomb technicians on advanced techniques in Precision Targeting and Disruption Methodologies (PTDM) and Advanced X-Ray Targeting Techniques (AXTT) in conjunction with a Large Vehicle IED.

SCOPE OF WORK: O'Gara experts researched the latest intelligence, designed and produced realistic, monitored Improved Explosive Device training aids to prepare our nations EOD technicians. These devices ranged from basic circuitry to highly advanced technology. Utilizing the information provided by the customer we are able to provide the training devices required to prepare them for their mission.

SCOPE OF WORK: Our team developed realistic training aids using technology replicated from devices recovered in current hostile environments. The EOD technicians at this unit used these devices for training in preparation for deployment.

CLIENT: Office of the Commissioner - Major League Baseball
SCOPE OF WORK: This project involved a myriad of physical and operational security services for the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball. Our firm conducted detailed Threat and Vulnerability Assessments of several facilities for MLB. Additionally, our team reviewed existing Emergency Response Plans, Continuity of Business plans, and Continuity of Operations Plans. Upon completion of the on-site assessment, our personnel developed a detailed report summarizing observations and recommendations.

SCOPE OF WORK: We performed an all-hazard, comprehensive Threat and Vulnerability Assessment for the entire Dolphins Stadium complex in support of Critical Infrastructure Protection efforts prior to Super Bowl XLI.
Event: Vulnerability Analysis
LOCATION: Fort Wayne, Indiana

SCOPE OF WORK: Our team conducted a water systems Vulnerability Analysis for a large water supply in Indiana. The vulnerability analysis included: meetings with key water systems staff, review and analysis of system plans, and inspection of the system facilities including the control area. Based on the findings of our interviews, plan reviews, and system inspections, a summary report was prepared documenting our observations regarding the susceptibility of the system to biological, chemical, or physical attack.

CLIENT: Franklin County, Ohio
SCOPE OF WORK: We performed Threat and Vulnerability Assessments on all aspects of the public water supply system for a water supplier in the state of Ohio, including reservoirs, rivers, water supply lines, holding tanks, pumping systems, chemical storage tanks, underground storage systems, and water towers. A critical aspect of this project was the development and submission of the Adversary Sequence Diagrams highlighting areas of concern and recommendations for improvement.

SCOPE OF WORK: Our staff has provided senior policy consulting to the United States Department of State. This includes speaking at Senior Regional Security Officer Conferences, assisting in the development of equipment procurement and implementation plans, reviewing Threat and Vulnerability Assessments of 256 U.S. Embassies and Consulates and assisting in the development of security plans at high threat classified locations.

SCOPE OF WORK: We recently completed Homeland Security Comprehensive Assessment Model (HLS-CAM) Vulnerability Assessments on 48 hospitals throughout the State of Florida. These reports were part of a DHS grant and resulted in the protection of this critical infrastructure.

Our analysis resulted in upgraded physical security, as well as, enhancements to their security and emergency planning documentation.
