Montross, Virginia (OTF-M)
OTF-M is a 360 acre complex in Montross, VA located 75 miles south of Washington D.C. within 2 hours of 4 major international airports. This Tactical Training Center (TTC) provides world-class tarmac areas, undeveloped roads, off-road obstacle courses, 5 firing ranges, steel shoot house, urban village, building for defensive tactics training (Matt Room), and on-site student lodging for up to 120 students.
OTF-M offers purpose-built facilities complete with buildings and paved streets to support realistic training scenarios. Each structure will accommodate scenario-driven tactical training using Simunition®, distraction devices, and force-on-force training. Vehicles may be incorporated in scenarios, moving on the streets and parked at or near the buildings.
This TTC also accommodates classroom training and provides multiple classroom areas ranging in sizes that can comfortably fit between 25 to 180 students and their equipment. This space can also be divided into two separate classrooms.
